We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from the security guards to the managers. The room was spacious and clean, and we appreciated having a microwave even though we didn't use it. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation like the BTS and other popular attractions. we felt that the hotel really put themselves in their customers' shoes and provided a pleasant experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and prime attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The spacious and clean rooms provide a comfortable stay for families with two small kids. The friendly staff, including the security guards and managers, go above and beyond to assist guests. the presence of a microwave in the room adds convenience for families who may need to heat up snacks or baby food.
It would be better if the hotel offered room service for meals or at least provided a coffee/tea service in the mornings.

The location was great, close to public transportation and prime attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. The microwave in the room was a nice touch.
No key card issue, wrong taxi destination.
